CSIA director of education, Ashley Eldridge, provides hands-on instruction during April’s National Chimney Sweep Training School.

For the past 23 years, Ashley Eldridge, has been the voice of CSIA to the public and national media, as well as the driving force behind CSIA’s industry leading credentials and educational programming. Many of you have learned a great deal from Ashley over the years, whether you sat through National Chimney Sweep Training School or one of the hundreds of in-person courses he has presented at locations across the country. It’s really no question as to why he’s considered the number one expert in the industry.

Expertise aside, Ashley Eldridge is simply just a man whose passion for equipping chimney sweeps with the best possible tools to get the job done for customers is overshadowed only by his passion for making sure those he educates are treating their customers the right way. For Ashley, the high ethical standards required for earning and maintaining CSIA Certification, will always trump ability and technical know-how.

In the following video, you’ll get a brief behind-the-curtain look at Ashley and learn a little bit about where he’s come from and why even after 23 years with the CSIA, his commitment to its cause has not wavered.
